keicaidoll and I went down to the IMA (Indianapolis Museum of Art) to take some pictures of her new doll. Seeing how I lack one currently and had been itching to take pictures of something more complex than my 'backyard' I brought my camera along.

I've made a DeviantArt, there's nothing new there yet... but if you'd like to poke at it. Here it is.

Right now I'm at a crossroads artistically. I feel a surge of creative energy in the direction of photography, which is nice. However, I also feel a total empathy towards doing much of anything artwise right now. The dA was nice, as I've already had a boost from views and comments that gives me some confidence. We'll see how it goes.

Recently I'm confused and daunted by matters of the heart.. but perhaps there is inspiration in this too?

A small smile traced her lips as she looked out the window onto the street. Her hand subconciously stirred a straw in her glass as she gazed.

"Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to fly?"

The man across from her raised an eyebrow faintly. "I think most people have. Why do you ask?"

"But how many people think about what it would feel like fall from those heights? Careen out of control until all that was left was the inevitable meeting with the ground..." She continued to stare out the window, the faint smile still touching her lips.

Sitting straighter now, the man across from her took on a serious appearance. "Very few."

"Huh... Guess that just makes me odd." Turning back to the table she grinned and took a sip of her soda.

Notes: When I think of Komorebi's style and Emma's voice I'm always struck by Olivia. Not just for the wonderful sound, but also for her mixture of English and Japanese. Therefore, as I can't compose my own music to use for Komorebi... I'll use Olivia's. The song featured in this piece is Stars Shining Out
( He pondered for a moment how she'd been able to work herself backstage. )

Amber looked Yuushi and Valentin up and down. "And... why are you covered in mud?"

Yuushi looked sheepish and coughed lightly. "Well, you see, we got the car stuck in the yard." Valentin kept his gaze averted from the women as well, a light blush on his cheeks.

"Why didn't you call a tow-truck?"

At once Valentin and Yuushi turned to each other. "That's the word!" Yuushi exclaimed.

Abby turned to Amber, shaking her head lightly. "Okay, we can't leave the non-native English speakers alone anymore."
